Water, water everywhere! Problem solver extraordinaire.
This is the first recommendation I’ve ever given to the guy who didn’t get the job. Here’s why. We had water inundating our yard. From talking to other contractors, the consensus was we need an extensive French drain around the property. Chad had come highly recommended. He started to investigate the problem. He wasn’t sure about the French drain – or who was responsible for the water. Maybe it was the City? After extensive research and dozens of calls, Chad discovered that the water problem wasn’t ours at all. It was the City’s, and they had to make a massive $20,000 repair to resolve it. What a huge savings we got because of Chad’s problem solving skills. He just stays at it until it makes sense to him. Wouldn’t you want a guy like Chad on your team? He’s the best!

We’ve used My Remodeling Guys for several projects: a bathroom remodel, tiling our kitchen counters, installing a new gas cooktop to replace the electric one and painting a number of rooms. I’ve used Chad and his crew for many different jobs, including a kitchen, bath and basement remodels. He installed decking at two residences and refinished existing decks, built fences, installed a flagstone patio, garden retaining walls and a sprinkler system. I chose My Remodeling Guys” on Angie’s list because they have experience with older homes. Chad did our complete basement remodel, first gutting it and then installing new sheet rock, wiring, cabinets, closets, crown molding, updated plumbing, new lighting, doors, new cork flooring, painting…Each day he had a plan, goals and great follow through, plus he always left the job site as clean as possible.
